CHOOSE 1 OF 4 WAYS TO SHOW YOUR BIKELevel 1DISPLAY YOUR BIKE without competing for Show Awards. No Entry Fee / No Judging / Entries receive Participation Pin. Requirements: Fill out and sign the entry form, check off Level 1, and enclose photos of your entry.
Level 2Enter your Bike in REGULAR SHOW BIKE COMPETITION. Entries compete for Showbike Awards and Cash Awards only against other Level 2 entries in your class. Entry Fee: $20 per entry (Vintage $10) (HST included). Requirements: Fill out and sign the entry form, check off Level 2, enclose photos of your entry with $20 Entry Fee (cash, money order or certified cheque). Entry fee must be enclosed or entry will be re-classified as Level 1. See back page for Class Breakdown.
Level 3Enter the BUILDERS CLASS and compete for BIG CASH and BIG TROPHIES, only against other Level 3 entries. Entry Fee: $100 per entry (HST included). Requirements: Fill out and sign the entry form, check off Level 3, enclose photos of your entry with $100 entry fee (cash, money order or certified cheque). Entry fee must be enclosed or entry will be re-classified as level 1. See back page Level 3 Builders Class for Cash & Awards breakdown.
Level 4Enter the PRO BUILDERS CLASS FOR TOP BUILDERS and compete for 'SUPER CASH' and 'SUPER TROPHIES', only against all other Level 4 entries. 4 sided walk-around space is available for turntable entries. Level 4 Bikes will be given the best positions in Show. Entry Fee: $250 per entry (HST included). Requirements: Fill out and sign the entry form, check off Level 4, enclose photos of your entry with $250 Entry Fee (Cash, money order or certified cheque). Entry fee must be enclosed or entry will be re-classified as Level 1. For publicity purposes Level 4 entries are also required to send a 'Bio' sheet describing the Bike and Builder. Rules, Regulations and PoliciesTO ENTERPlease fill out in full the attached entry form. Detach and mail along with two (2) clear photos and entry fee. Each entry requires an entry form, photos and entry fee. Entries without photos will be rejected. Photos will not be returned and may be used for promotional purposes. The owner and spouse and guests agree to permit the SUPERSHOW the use of their names and pictures of the entered vehicle for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes (including newspaper, magazine, radio & television) before, during and after the event, and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection with the event, and give permission to the SUPERSHOW to publish or sell or otherwise dispose of said photographs. All publicity and advertising rights are reserved by the SUPERSHOW. You will be notified of your acceptance by phone or by personal letter. The Show Chairman reserves the right to refuse any vehicle at the door which does not meet show standards.
DISPLAY & STANCHIONSEntrants must supply their own sturdy crowd control barriers and display to enhance the appearance of their vehicle. Each entrant will be allotted a 10'x10' or 10'x20' space if required. We have a limited number of 4-sided walk-around displays for exceptional entries. Call to reserve.
COMMERCIAL ADVERTISINGNo commercial advertising is allowed with entries. A single sign should be used to identify major modifications, who did them, and what equipment was utilized, but large ad signs and commercial handbill or excessive business card distribution is prohibited. Entries found to be breaking this rule may be disqualified from judging. Contact us if you wish to purchase commercial space next to your Show Bike display. Entries wishing to advertise their vehicle for sale must register and purchase For Sale signs from the Show Office.
PASSESAll Level 1 entries and Level 2 Vintage entries receive 1 weekend pass per entry. Level 2, 3 & 4 entries receive 2 weekend passes per entry.
GENERAL CONDUCTBikes may not be started prior to 6:00 pm move-out on Sunday. This is a building and fire department regulation. Entries found doing this will be banned from entry in future shows. The building has requested that children not be on-site during move-in and move-out for safety reasons. The SUPERSHOW is a family show. The community standards of the City of Mississauga apply. No obscene, racist or sexist depictions may be displayed.
FIRE REGULATIONSAll vehicles and display materials will be subject to inspection by the Mississauga Fire Marshal. Displays must be freestanding and composed of fireproof materials. All batteries must be disconnected & gas caps taped or locked.
ELECTRICALShowTech controls the hydro which can be pre-ordered or arranged during move in. You can save money by pre-ordering. Displays must be composed of CSA approved equipment properly wired & grounded.
