2012 SUPERSHOW News Updates


January 3, 2011 The Supershow will be hoppin' on Friday night when the Mods & Rockers welcome special guest Ronnie Hayward of Rockabilly fame to their booth in Hall 4A. Ronnie will perform as part of an acoustic duo with some great music reflecting the 'retro' mood of the club's display. Anyone enjoying the vintage bike displays in 4A or the red carpet 'Century of Motorcycles' exhibit, or even those enjoying some great food in the Ace Café will be treated to some great live music.


January 2, 2012 The Canadian Motorcycle Hall of Fame will be exhibiting in Hall 4A at SUPERSHOW 2012 and will introduce a new feature to recognize all the Honourable Members that have been inducted to date. Look for two symbolic white helmets on which their signatures will start to accumulate as many of the members will be on hand at the SUPERSHOW. The helmets will follow with the Hall of Fame display to events throughout the year and continue to gather signatures until the 2012 Induction Ceremony where plans are to auction one of them at the Gala after adding the signatures of the incoming class. December 31, 2011 The Kawasaki Corporate Display in Hall 3, the main Industry Hall of the SUPERSHOW, will showcase the complete 2012 Kawasaki New Model line up with a special focus on the long awaited Versys 1000. Ninja fans will also be mesmerized by the All-New ZX-14R. Look for the Kawasaki display central to Hall 3. For more details read our latest Press Release

December 30, 2011 Beginning with the first issue of the New Year on January 1st the Toronto Sun is pleased to begin one whole week of Supershow Sunshine Girls. Sunday will feature Theresa Longo, Miss Italia 2011, who will be at the Supershow on Friday January 6th and Sunday, January 8th. (see Theresa's photos) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday's Sunshine Girl will all be 'Girls of the SUPERSHOW' and we know you'll want to save all 6 issues for when you meet them at the Show. As far as we're concerned this is the week to refresh all your pin-ups in your garage with this ultimate collection of gorgeous girls on gorgeous bikes. You're welcome!


December 26, 2011 The 2012 MAX Awards (Motorcycle Awards of Excellence) for Riders and Racers are now finalized and available for viewing here. The winners will be accepting their awards during 2 ceremonies held on Saturday, January 7th at the SUPERSHOW. The MAX Awards for Riders presentation begins at 2pm on the Hall 2 Stage and the MAX Awards for Racers presentation begins at 3pm on the Hall 4 Racers Stage. Emcee, Pat Gonsalves, will introduce the winners and outline their accomplishments while Show Producer, Bar Hodgson, will make the presentations. All attendees of the Show are invited to attend and join us in congratulating these outstanding individuals.

December 9, 2011 Casting Call for track riders to compete in TV's new "Hot Laps" series.
Amateur sport bike riders are invited to a casting call to compete as challengers in the all new television reality series "Hot Lap", being launched at SUPERSHOW 2012. Interested contestants can apply in person at the Hot Lap booth in Hall 4, all three days of the Show. For more information about this exciting new show visit the Hot Lap page


SUPERSHOW 2012 Makes Room for Honda Canada!

Our showbike information page has all the information the Levels, typical classes and prize structure, etc. Please submit a photo with your entry, and new this year - you can pay your entry fee by credit card. It's going to be an exceptional showing of bikes this year and we look forward to seeing you and your bike there!
