Showbike Competition

Andrew Gurevich custom 2004 CBR1000RR

Andrew Gurevich's custom '04 CBR1000RR, named Headtrip. The builder is JeepersRacing from the US they made the swingarm, further work was done here by TITAN in Vaughan, paint is HOTROD HELL from Bolton.

It's fully lit up and has a NOS purge for a smoke effect, air ride and a rearview camera, no more mirrors.

The rear swingarm is a one off creation; a sport bike chopped in half a fused with a chopper. RC Gladiator SPINNER wheels, the rear is a 300 tire.

Choppers

This chromed chopper is called Twisted, owned by an international competitor, Rick Schwab coming up from New York state.

2008 Kreater Custom motorcycle named RAGE

This is "RAGE", a 2008 Kreater Custom with a long list of extravagant parts & tricky build details.

Custom Bike Builds

Here's a really fun entry! The Dunville Firefighters Association customized this 1979 Suzuki PE250, donated by one of its members, with a whole bunch of neat accessories and custom fabricated parts. Check out the mods on their custom bike spec sheet PDF, including the unprecedented build cost! Check it out.

The Haldimand Station 9 Fire Bike features are as follows:

  • A modified Scott Air Bottle as a fuel tank
  • Cast Maltese Cross fuel filler cap
  • Pike pole shifter
  • Functional flashing light and siren from a 1957 Fargo fire truck
  • Fire Axe foot pegs
  • Fender and handle bars fabricated in our fire hall using the jasw of life to help bend and form them
  • All fabrication and labour were done voluntarily at the fire hall
  • Donations made by: Gino's Auto Collision, T.A.K. Welding, Mirror Imaging, Titan Cycle, Ultimate Cycle

Some of the showbike builders competing in the 2010 Spring Show Showbike competition do not want their bikes displayed before they are unveiled at the Spring Show, other builders are still working on their creations; this is just a small sample of the fantastic custom motorcycles you will see at the Toronto International Spring Motorcycle Show 2010.
