Vintage & Classics


As the new Vintage & Classics Hall, Hall 4A became a real tribute to the roots of motorcycling as we know it today. The Canadian Motorcycle Hall of Fame's 'A Century of Motorcycles' was the highlight of the Hall complete with motorcycles ranging from 1907 through to 2007. Retailers selling supplies and equipment for the vintage market, as well as restoration experts and vintage marque clubs were on hand to further promote the love of vintage bikes.


Vincent Owners Club
The Vincent Owners Group had a fine showing of this fine British icon of a motorcycle including the 1953 Vincent Rapide just restored by world renowned Vincent expert, Phil Mahood. Read about the restoration.

 Yamaha TD1C on display at the SUPERSHOW
This historic Yamaha TD1C was part of the Canadian Motorcycle Hall of Fame's display, along with photos of the 12 2006 Inaugural Inductees on the Suzuki sponsored 'Wall of Fame'.

Bultaco on display at the SUPERSHOW
The Canadian Vintage Motorcycle Group (CVMG) brought a unique assortment of motorcycles for display, including this Bultaco trials bike

 1907 Rene Gillette motorcycle in the 'Century of Motorcycling' at the SUPERSHOW
The Canadian Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum 'Century of Motorcycling' display in Hall 4a started with this fantastic 1907 Rene Gillette motorcycle, clearly showing bicycling ancestry.

Not all the bikes are in place yet in this set-up photo of the 'Century of Motorcycles' Display, but it gives you the feel of this impressive timeline of motorcycles through the decades.
