Bar's "PICKS OF SUPERSHOW 2006"

Bar Hodgson, SUPERSHOW Producer

I hope you enjoyed the tour of my personal Picks of the Show.

But here's a few more that you shouldn't miss . . .

"In addition to Canadian Champions Pascal Picotte and Steve Crevier the Joe Rocket Stage will feature AMA Racing Star and 200 World Endurance Champion, Jason Pridmore, who has made the trip from California to appear at the SUPERSHOW. Race fans will be able to meet these famous racers and get their autographs. There are dozens of racing champions from every discipline of motorcycle competition throughout the SUPERSHOW"

"My personal favourite of the Feature Bikes has got to be Doug Teague's MV Agusta Tamburini. See this in the Canadian Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum, Hall 3. Doug is a big supporter of the SUPERSHOW and says it's the "Best in North America". Every year he brings us something special but I don't know how he's going to top this in future. What have you got planned for next year Doug? Another real fun vehicle is definitely Bobby Bates' HD Hauln display in Hall 4A. Bobby's a real fan of trucks & Harleys"

Drop by the Canadian Motorcycle Hall of Fame Display featuring 'Bikes of Britain' and pick up tickets to the Canadian Motorcycle Hall of Fame Annual Induction Banquet, Saturday, May 6, 2006.

Visit the Main Entertainment Stage in Hall 4A featuring Live Bands Pop Cherry and the Carpet Frogs, and fashion Shows by Elaina from On The Fringe.

The Great Pine Ridge Section of the CVMG in Hall 1 has a great display of vintage motorcycles that shouldn't be missed.

Be sure to drop your ballot into the Door Prize drum in the Kymco booth, Hall 3. You could be the big winner of a Kymco 'Bet & Win' 150cc Scooter.

Families will enjoy the Mini Circuit Kid's Ride Area in Hall 3 where Children age 3 – 8 can ride battery powered motorcycles and ATV's. Sponsored by Kymco Canada.

Drop by the Airways Airbrushing booth in Hall 4 where airbrush artist DeAnne Lamirande will be performing live body painting on models (suitably clad) while you watch.

Shop for a new bike . . . you can sit on many of the new models to help you make your selection in the expanded Dealer Displays located all throughout our Main Industry Hall 3

Mid-USA's Main Street in Hall 4 features gorgeous choppers, custom shops, and production customs along with painters and suppliers. Drop by the giant Mid-USA booth, say hello to 'Big Al' and thank him for sponsoring the $35,000 Showbike awards. Hall 4A, directly in front of the Main Entertainment Stage, features a stunning array of top custom motorcycles from Canada and the U.S., many with elaborate displays and on turntables. There are literally millions of dollars parked here in one of the finest displays of custom motorcycles in Canada!

Thanks for taking the tour with us,

See you at the SUPERSHOW!
