Please note that your booth is identified by your company name and not by a booth number. When ordering any Show Services please use your company name on the forms.

Show Dates and Hours
Friday January 2, 2004 - 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Saturday January 3, 2004 - 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Sunday January 4, 2004 - 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Move-In Hours
Tuesday December 30 - Noon to 12 midnight
Wednesday December 31 - 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Note: There is no building access on Thursday, January 1, 2004. The building will be locked down and secured Wednesday, December 31 at 4:00 p.m. and will re-open Friday, January 2 at 8:00 a.m.
Friday January 2 - 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. - Final set up only
Move-Out Hours
Sunday January 4 - 6:00 p.m. to 12 midnight
Building MUST be cleared by Sunday midnight, no exceptions will be made.
Exhibitor Entrances
You and your staff are encouraged to use the Exhibitor Doors at the rear of Halls 2 and 4A for entering and exiting the Show throughout the weekend. Exhibitors must have their Show Credentials or hand stamp to exit and re-enter.
Restocking
Arrangements have been made for exhibitor re-stocking, by exhibitors dolly or carry-in through exhibitor doors only for 1 hour before Show opening both Saturday and Sunday.
