Spring Motorcycle Show 2005 Sponsored Club Booth Review Another great show, thanks in large part to the participation of all our Sponsored Clubs, Charity Rides and other motorcycle organizations. The weather was incredible for that time of year, enabling a lot of people to ride to the Show. (The parking lot had an awful lot of bikes in it!) It sure was a nice treat not to have to fight the weather that can happen in this country!
This year floor space in the Show was completely booked. So much so that we had to increase the available area to a record amount to accommodate all the vendors and Clubs. We had 33 Sponsored groups altogether, using over 15,000 sq. ft of the Shows total area representing pretty much every aspect of motorcycling.
Most clubs have a fun time at the Show with their display and this years top Club Display Awards went to the Brampton Motorcycle Association, Gold Wing Touring Association Chapter M, Vintage Road Racing Association, New Ducati Owners Club of Canada, Great Pine Ridge Section of the Canadian Vintage Motorcycle Group and the Welland County Motorcycle Club. Congratulations to them all for a job well done.
The Spring Show is the last big opportunity for all the Clubs and Charity Events to generate interest and sign up new members and participants before the riding season begins in earnest. A few groups actually ran out of flyers and had to create more for the Sunday.
